If you need repairs that are not listed above, that is fine! It is hard to list everything. Reach out to us with your inquiries. We will be happy to troubleshoot your equipment, offer video references if you want to attempt a simple repair yourself, or line you up with proper warranty services if applicable.

PACKAGING INSTRUCTIONS
Be sure to package your equipment safely!! Will it survive an angry postal worker slamming it into a wall? If not, use more bubble wrap! Include in your package your phone number, preferred return address, and an itemized packing list of what is included in your package. That way we can verify all items are present when we unbox your shipment. When we receive your sharpening order, we will contact you immediately via your preferred contact method.
When packaging be sure blades are individually secured either in a blade box, or in a manner that they will not be rubbing/clanking against one another. This is how blades get broken teeth in shipping. Be sure shears are shut and wrapped securely in a manner that they will not be opening in shipping or rubbing against other shears. A great suggested method is rolling them one by one into a roll of bubble wrap. Once all are wrapped inside the roll, not touching each other, secure with tape to hold your roll shut. All GSH shears come with individual shear boxes with padding. I highly recommend these boxes to anyone shipping because they ensure the safest travels. If you purchase GSH Shears from us, keep your boxes for shipping purposes!
