If you receive a product you are dissatisfied with for whatever reason (doesn’t cut how you expected, defects, damaged on arrival, or just doesn’t meet your preferences), let us know right away! As a groomer and sharpener, I will do whatever I can to help resolve the issue, offer solutions, or accept a return for refund. Refunds due to damages caused by improper use or neglect will not be accepted, but if you damage products soon after purchase, reach out and we will be happy to repair them in our shop. (Nothing feels worse than dropping a pair of shears right after you buy them! I have been there!) Also if a tool breaks or has a major fault, do not hesitate to reach out. We are proud of the products we sell, and I stand by their durability and quality. If damages are due to defect and not neglect or misuse, I will make it right. If damages are due to neglect or misuse, I will still happily repair them for a fee!
