Notes From Jess:  I will always love the Underdog line.  First off, Gavyn is amazing.  Secondly, the handles on these are so perfectly ergonomic.  They were the first thing I noticed on the shear.  These fit into the hand so beautifully.  Thirdly, VG10 is a light, hard metal.  The lightness is good for your hands and the hard metal means the edge lasts longer.  Add the fact that the teeth are serrated, so you can expect to get a lot of work done with these before they require sharpening.
